AG302-63G

The Qorvo AG302-63G is a general-purpose buffer amplifier offering high dynamic range in a low-cost surface-mount package. This MMIC amplifier operates across a frequency range of 0 to 6 GHz. At 900 MHz, it typically provides 15.5 dB gain, +26.5 dBm OIP3, and +13.5 dBm P1dB. The device is built on a high-reliability InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology and requires minimal external components for operation, including DC-blocking capacitors, a bias resistor, and an inductive RF choke.
