The AFGHL40T120RLD is a 1200V, 40A Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) from ON Semiconductor, built with Field Stop II Trench technology. It offers low saturation voltage (VCE(sat) typ. 1.75V at 40A) and fast switching performance, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications.
This device is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, ensuring reliability for automotive HEV/EV systems such as E-Compressors, PTC heaters, onboard chargers, and DC-DC converters. It is also RoHS compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
