The Burr-Brown AFE1103E is a monolithic HDSL/MDSL Analog Front End (AFE) IC fabricated on 0.6 μm CMOS technology. It provides a complete analog interface for T1, E1, and MDSL operations, significantly reducing system size and cost.
This device features a 14-bit resolution and operates on a single +5V supply, with compatibility for 5V or 3.3V digital interfaces. The AFE1103E offers clock-scalable speed, allowing operation over a range of bit rates from 196kbps to 1.168Mbps.
