The ADXL312ACPZ from Analog Devices is a small, thin, low-power, 3-axis digital accelerometer with high resolution, capable of measurements up to ±12g. It features user-selectable resolution and fixed 10-bit resolution, with full resolution increasing up to 13-bit at ±12g.
This accelerometer supports both SPI (3- and 4-wire) and I2C digital interfaces, making it versatile for various embedded systems. It includes built-in motion detection functions for activity and inactivity monitoring, and an embedded FIFO technology to minimize host processor load. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
