The bandwidth is adjustable via external capacitors, allowing selection from 0.5 Hz to 250 Hz.

 

Key features include high zero g bias stability and tight sensitivity stability. The typical noise floor is 160 μg/√Hz, enabling resolution of signals below 1 mg in tilt sensing applications.
