The device features one 10-bit ADC with 4x oversampling for CVBS and 2x oversampling for Y/C and YPrPb modes. It includes three video input channels with on-chip antialiasing filters, accepting CVBS, Y/C, and YPrPb video formats.

 

The decoder outputs 8-bit ITU-R BT.656 YCrCb 4:2:2 digital video. It integrates adaptive comb filters, CTI/DNR video enhancement, and mini-TBC functionality. The device also includes an integrated AGC with adaptive peak white mode and Macrovision copy protection detection. Control is via an I²C-compatible serial interface.

 

The ADV7180WBST48Z-RL is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is supplied in a 48-lead LQFP package (7x7 mm) with surface mount mounting. The device operates from a single 1.8V supply with 1.8V to 3.3V I/O voltage.
