The ADV7123KSTZ50 is a triple high-speed 10-bit digital-to-analog converter from Analog Devices designed for video and imaging applications. It integrates three independent DACs with complementary current outputs, providing differential output capability. The device supports a maximum throughput rate of 330 MSPS, making it suitable for high-resolution video systems such as 1600x1200 at 100 Hz.
The DAC uses a current source architecture with an output current range of 2.0 mA to 26.5 mA. It offers typical spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of -70 dB at 50 MHz clock and 1 MHz output, and -53 dB at 140 MHz clock and 40 MHz output. The data interface is parallel TTL-compatible, and the reference can be external or internal (1.235 V).
The device operates from a single 5V or 3.3V supply with typical power dissipation of 30 mW at 3V and standby power of 6 mW. It is specified for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is housed in a 48-lead LQFP (7x7 mm) surface-mount package.
