The ADV3003ACPZ-R7 is a 4-channel transition minimized differential signaling (TMDS) buffer with equalized inputs and pre-emphasized outputs designed for HDMI and DVI applications. It supports data rates from 250 Mbps to 2.25 Gbps per channel and pixel clocks from 25 MHz to 225 MHz.
Each channel features matched 50 Ω on-chip input and output terminations and provides 12 dB input cable equalization at 2.25 Gbps for compensating long HDMI cables up to 20 meters. The output pre-emphasis is selectable up to 6 dB to drive cables and connectors.
The device operates from a single 3.0V to 3.6V supply over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is housed in a 40-lead 6 mm x 6 mm LFCSP package with surface mount mounting and is available in tape and reel packaging.
The supply voltage range is 3V to 3.6V.
The device is available in a 40-lead LFCSP-VQ (6mm x 6mm) surface-mount package.
The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
The existing database lists it as RoHS3 compliant, but this is unverified.
It supports per-channel data rates from 250 Mbps to 2.25 Gbps.
It has four TMDS channels.
The input equalization provides 12 dB of boost at 2.25 Gbps, compensating for up to 20 meters of cable.
