The ADUM5401ARWZ from Analog Devices is a quad-channel digital isolator designed for general-purpose applications. It incorporates Analog Devices' iCoupler technology and isoPower integrated, isolated DC-to-DC converter, providing up to 500 mW of regulated, isolated power. This eliminates the need for a separate isolated DC-to-DC converter in low-power designs.
The device offers four independent isolation channels with a data rate of 1 Mbps and a high common-mode transient immunity of greater than 25 kV/µs. It provides 2500Vrms of isolation and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
