The ADuM5000 is an isolated DC-to-DC converter based on Analog Devices' iCoupler technology. It integrates a regulated dc-to-dc converter that provides up to 500mW of output power. The output voltage is selectable between 3.3V and 5V via the VSEL pin. The device offers 2500V rms isolation per UL 1577 for one minute. It includes features such as overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The ADuM5000 is available in a compact 16-lead SOIC surface-mount package with dimensions of 10.5mm x 7.6mm x 2.7mm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
