The ADUM3211TRZ from Analog Devices is a dual-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler technology. It provides enhanced system-level ESD performance and operates reliably at high temperatures up to 125°C. This isolator supports data rates from DC up to 25 Mbps (NRZ) and offers precise timing characteristics with a maximum pulse width distortion of 3 ns.
Designed for size-critical applications, the ADUM3211TRZ features a narrow body, 8-lead SOIC package suitable for surface mounting.
