The ADUM3211BRZ-RL7 is a dual-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. It provides 2500Vrms isolation and operates with a data rate of up to 10Mbps. This general-purpose isolator is housed in a compact 8-SOIC package, suitable for surface mount applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum pulse width distortion of 3ns and channel-to-channel matching of 3ns at 5V operation. It offers high common-mode transient immunity of greater than 25kV/µs. The device supports 3.3V/5V level translation and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
