The ADUM3201ARZ-RL7 from Analog Devices is a dual-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler® technology. It offers enhanced system-level ESD performance and high common-mode transient immunity of over 25 kV/μs.
This isolator supports bidirectional communication and 3.3V/5V level translation with high data rates up to 25 Mbps (NRZ). It operates within a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and features precise timing characteristics with a maximum pulse width distortion of 3 ns.
