The ADUM3152BRSZ is a 7-channel SPIsolator™ digital isolator from Analog Devices, optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs). It utilizes Analog Devices' iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology to provide low propagation delay for SPI bus signals, supporting clock rates up to 17 MHz. This device features 4 high-speed, low-propagation delay SPI signal isolation channels with 14 ns propagation delay and 1 ns jitter. Additionally, it includes three independent low data rate isolation channels operating at 250 kbps.

The ADUM3152BRSZ provides 3750Vrms of isolation and has a high common-mode transient immunity of over 25 kV/µs. It is designed for high-temperature operation, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The isolator is housed in a 20-lead SSOP package with 5.1 mm creepage, suitable for surface mount applications.

Key applications include industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and sensor isolation, where robust and reliable digital signal isolation is critical. The device supports a data rate of 34Mbps and features magnetic coupling technology.
