The ADUM3151ARSZ-RL7 from Analog Devices is a 7-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology. It is optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs), supporting SPI clock rates up to 17 MHz with low propagation delay and jitter.
This isolator features 4 high-speed SPI signal isolation channels and three additional independent low data rate isolation channels operating at 250 kbps. It provides 3.75 kV rms isolation and boasts high common-mode transient immunity of over 25 kV/µs.
