The ADUM3151ARSZ-RL7 is a 7-channel SPIsolator™ digital isolator from Analog Devices, optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs). Based on iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology, it features low propagation delay for SPI bus signals, supporting clock rates up to 17 MHz.
This isolator includes four high-speed, low-propagation-delay SPI signal isolation channels and three additional independent low-data-rate isolation channels operating at 250 kbps. It provides 3750Vrms isolation and boasts high common-mode transient immunity of over 25 kV/µs.
The device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is housed in a 20-lead SSOP package with 5.1 mm creepage. Its surface mount design facilitates integration into various industrial applications.
