The ADuM1411ARWZ-RL is a quad-channel digital isolator from Analog Devices, utilizing iCoupler® technology for high-performance isolation. It provides four independent isolation channels with a data rate of up to 10 Mbps (NRZ).
Key electrical specifications include a high common-mode transient immunity of greater than 25 kV/µs and an isolation voltage rating of 2500 Vrms for 1 minute. The device supports 3 V/5 V level translation and operates with supply voltages ranging from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. Power consumption is low, with maximum channel currents of 1.3 mA at 2 Mbps (5V) and 0.8 mA at 2 Mbps (3V), and 4.0 mA at 10 Mbps (5V) and 1.8 mA at 10 Mbps (3V).
This digital isolator is designed for high-temperature operation, rated up to 105°C. It features a programmable default output state and is supplied in a 16-lead SOIC wide body package suitable for surface mounting.
Applications include general-purpose multichannel isolation, SPI interface and data converter isolation, and isolation for RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceivers and industrial field buses.
