The ADT75ARMZ-REEL7 from Analog Devices is a 12-bit digital temperature sensor designed for accurate ambient temperature measurements. It utilizes an I2C/SMBus compatible interface, allowing for easy integration into various systems. The device offers a broad operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
This temperature sensor provides a B grade accuracy of ±1.0°C from 0°C to 70°C and an A grade accuracy of ±2.0°C from -25°C to +100°C. Its resolution is 12 bits, enabling precise temperature readings. The sensor operates from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V and features a shutdown mode for reduced power consumption.
