The ADT7490ARQZ-REEL from ON Semiconductor is an integrated circuit designed for thermal monitoring and fan speed control in noise-sensitive or power-sensitive applications. It includes one local on-chip temperature sensor and two remote temperature sensors with series resistance cancellation.
