The ADT7320UCPZ-RL7 from Analog Devices is a high-performance digital temperature sensor designed for accurate temperature monitoring across a wide industrial range. It features a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) providing a temperature resolution of 0.0078°C, with an accuracy of ±0.25°C from -20°C to +105°C at 2.7V to 3.3V.
This sensor supports an SPI-compatible interface for easy integration into digital systems. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and has a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. The device includes programmable interrupts for overtemperature and undertemperature conditions, as well as a shutdown mode for power saving.
