The ADT7301ARMZ from Analog Devices is a complete temperature monitoring system featuring an integrated band gap temperature sensor and a 13-bit ADC. It provides accurate temperature readings across a wide range of -40°C to +150°C, with a typical accuracy of ±0.5°C and a resolution of 0.03125°C.
Designed for flexibility, the ADT7301ARMZ includes an SPI-compatible serial interface, making it easy to integrate with most microcontrollers and DSPs. It also features a shutdown mode to conserve power, reducing consumption to as low as 1 μA. The sensor operates from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.25V.
