The ADSP-21569KBCZ10 from Analog Devices is a powerful SHARC+ single-core Digital Signal Processor (DSP) capable of operating at frequencies up to 1 GHz. This processor integrates 5 Mb (640 kB) of Level 1 (L1) SRAM with parity and up to 8 Mb (1 MB) of Level 2 (L2) SRAM with ECC protection. It supports 32-bit, 40-bit, and 64-bit floating-point operations, as well as 32-bit fixed-point processing.

Designed for demanding applications, the ADSP-21569KBCZ10 includes enhanced FIR and IIR accelerators running up to 1 GHz, crypto hardware accelerators for security, and fast secure boot capabilities. It also features on-chip memory protection and integrated safety features. The processor is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

This DSP is available in a 400-ball CSP_BGA package measuring 17 mm × 17 mm with a 0.8 mm pitch. It operates at a voltage of 3.30V and has an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C (TA). Key interfaces include CAN, I²C, SPI, SPORT, and UART/USART, along with a Level 3 interface optimized for DDR3/DDR3L SDRAM.
