The ADSP-21262SKSTZ200 is a high-performance 32-bit/40-bit floating-point digital signal processor from Analog Devices' SHARC family. It operates at a core instruction rate of 200 MHz and features a SIMD computational architecture with two computational units, each containing a multiplier, ALU, shifter, and register file. The device includes 256 kB of on-chip RAM and 512 kB of on-chip mask-programmable ROM, with additional 2 Mbit SRAM and 4 Mbit ROM as per datasheet specifications.
This DSP supports a wide range of interfaces including DAI (Digital Application Interface) and SPI, along with six serial ports, three programmable timers, and 22 DMA channels.
