The ADS8864IDGSR is a 16-bit, 400 kSPS SAR ADC from Texas Instruments. It offers a single-ended input with a unipolar input range of 0 to VREF (up to 5V). The device uses an external reference and communicates via an SPI-compatible serial interface with daisy-chain capability. Key AC performance includes a typical SNR of 93 dB and THD of -108 dB.
