The Texas Instruments ADS803E is a high-speed, high dynamic range 12-bit pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a sampling rate of 5 MSPS. It includes an internal high-bandwidth track-and-hold circuit that delivers excellent spurious performance up to and beyond the Nyquist frequency.

 

The device supports both differential and single-ended input configurations with a flexible input voltage range of 2 Vp-p to 5 Vp-p. Typical performance includes an SFDR of 82 dB at Nyquist, an SNR of 69 dB, and low power dissipation of 115 mW. The DNL is typically 0.25 LSB.

 

The ADS803E is housed in a 28-pin SSOP package (0.209", 5.30mm width) and operates over a -40°C to 85°C temperature range. It is surface mountable with a NiPdAu lead finish.
