The ADS7851IRTER is a 14-bit, 1.5 MSPS successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments. It features two differential input channels with simultaneous sampling, an internal voltage reference, and an SPI digital interface. The device achieves a typical signal-to-noise ratio of 83.5 dB and integral nonlinearity of ±2 LSB.
Designed for precision multi-channel data acquisition, the ADS7851IRTER operates from a single analog supply of 1.65 V to 5.25 V and is fully specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The dual ADC architecture allows independent conversion of two channels simultaneously, making it suitable for applications requiring synchronized measurements.
The converter is housed in a compact 16-WFQFN exposed pad package (16-WQFN 3 mm × 3 mm) for surface-mount assembly. The small footprint and low power consumption enable use in space-constrained and portable designs.
