The ADS7846IRGVT is a next-generation 4-wire resistive touch screen controller from Texas Instruments, 100% pin-compatible with the ADS7843. It features 12-bit resolution and communicates via an SPI/QSPI 3-wire interface. The device includes an internal 2.5V reference for auxiliary input, battery monitoring, and temperature measurement. It supports direct battery measurement from 0V to 6V, touch-pressure measurement, and on-chip temperature measurement.
