The ADS62P48IRGCR is a dual-channel, 14-bit, 210-MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Texas Instruments. It features a pipelined architecture and supports both DDR LVDS and Parallel CMOS output interfaces. The device offers high dynamic performance with 73.4 dB SNR, 98 dB SFDR, and 11.4 ENOB. It includes programmable gain up to 6 dB for SNR/SFDR trade-off, DC offset correction, and 90 dB cross-talk isolation. The ADC operates from a 1.7V to 1.9V supply and consumes 1140 mW typical power. It supports both internal and external reference options and can accept input clock amplitudes down to 400 mV PP differential. The device is housed in a 64-VQFN (9 mm x 9 mm) package with an exposed pad for thermal management. It is designed for multi-carrier, wide-bandwidth communications applications and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
