The ADS62C15IRGCT is a dual-channel, 11-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Texas Instruments designed for high-speed data acquisition. It achieves a maximum sampling rate of 125 MSPS with a pipelined architecture, providing 67.2 dB typical SNR and 89 dB typical SFDR. The analog input bandwidth is 450 MHz, and the input voltage range is 2 Vpp differential. Power consumption is 740 mW typical.
The ADC supports both parallel CMOS and DDR LVDS output interfaces, and includes features such as simultaneous sampling, offset correction, and programmable fine gain. It operates from a supply voltage of 1.65V to 3.6V and over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
The device is housed in a 64-VFQFN exposed pad package (64-VQFN 9x9 mm) for surface-mount assembly. It is suitable for applications requiring high dynamic performance and low power consumption in a compact footprint.
