The ADS4245MRGC25EP is a dual-channel, 14-bit, 125-MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Texas Instruments, part of the ADS4245-EP enhanced product family for high-reliability applications. It uses a pipeline architecture to achieve high-speed conversion with low power consumption of 277 mW at 125 MSPS from a single 1.8V supply. The device offers 600 MHz analog input bandwidth, 73.4 dB SNR, 88 dBc SFDR at 170 MHz, and 11.5 ENOB. Input is differential with a 2 Vpp range. The ADC includes programmable gain, DC offset correction, and support for DDR LVDS and parallel CMOS output interfaces. Crosstalk between channels is better than 90 dB at 185 MHz. The ADC operates over the full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is available in a 64-VFQFN exposed pad package (64-VQFN 9x9 mm) for surface mount assembly. This device is suited for defense, aerospace, and medical applications where extended temperature range and high reliability are required.
