This ADC offers a wide dynamic range of 118 dB at 1 kSPS, with excellent crosstalk of -110 dB and THD of -90 dB at 50/60 Hz. It supports analog supply voltages from 3 V to 5 V (unipolar) or ±2.5 V (bipolar) and digital supply from 1.8 V to 3.6 V. The device operates at data rates up to 64 kSPS and features programmable gains of 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12.

 

Packaged in a 64-TQFP (10x10 mm) surface-mount package, the ADS131E06IPAGR operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. Its true high-impedance inputs allow direct interfacing with resistor-divider networks, simplifying system design. The device also includes fault detection and device testing capabilities, along with an SPI data interface and four GPIOs.
