ADS1298RIZXGT

The ADS1298RIZXGT is a multichannel, simultaneous sampling, 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with built-in programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs) from Texas Instruments. It is part of the ADS129xR family designed for biopotential measurements, particularly ECG with integrated respiration impedance measurement. The device operates from analog supply voltages of 2.7 V to 5.25 V and digital supply of 1.65 V to 3.6 V, with a typical power consumption of 6 mW (0.75 mW per channel). It offers a data rate range from 250 SPS to 32 kSPS and programmable gain settings of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12. The input-referred noise is 4 µVpp at 150 Hz bandwidth with gain of 6, and the common-mode rejection ratio is -115 dB. The device includes features such as built-in right leg drive amplifier, lead-off detection, Wilson center terminal, pace detection, and test signals. It supports systems meeting AAMI EC11, EC13, IEC60601-1, IEC60601-2-27, and IEC60601-2-51 standards. The ADS1298RIZXGT is available in a 64-pin NFBGA package (ZXG) with surface mount mounting and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The package is supplied in small tape and reel with a standard quantity of 250. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant with MSL level 3 (260°C, 168 hours).
