ADS1274IPAPR Description

The ADS1274IPAPR is a 24-bit, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter from Texas Instruments. It supports up to 144kSPS data rate with simultaneous sampling of four channels. The device offers selectable operating modes: High-Speed (144kSPS, 106dB SNR), High-Resolution (52kSPS, 111dB SNR), Low-Power (52kSPS, 31mW/ch), and Low-Speed (10kSPS, 7mW/ch).

 

AC performance includes 70kHz bandwidth, 111dB SNR in high-resolution mode, and -108dB THD. DC accuracy features 0.8µV/°C offset drift and 1.3ppm/°C gain drift. The device uses a linear phase digital filter and supports SPI or frame-sync serial interface.

 

The ADC requires a 5V analog supply, 1.8V digital core, and 1.8V to 3.3V I/O supply. It is available in a 64-PowerTQFP package (64-HTQFP 10x10) for surface mount. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
