It offers excellent linearity with an integral nonlinearity of 0.4 ppm, gain drift of 0.5 ppm/°C, and offset drift of 0.05 µV/°C. Noise is only 0.7 µV RMS at 60 SPS. Data rates range from 10 to 14.4 kSPS, and the ADC provides simultaneous 50/60 Hz rejection at 10 SPS. Additional features include an internal oscillator, out-of-range detection, and readback data integrity via checksum and redundant data reads.

 

The device operates from an analog supply of 4.75V to 5.25V and a digital supply of 2.7V to 5.25V, with typical power consumption of 13 mW. Housed in a 20-TSSOP surface-mount package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
