This ADC features a differential input with an external reference voltage range of 0.5 V to 5 V. The input voltage range is 0 V to 5.25 V. It includes a 50/60 Hz rejection feature, power-down mode, and sync mode. The integral non-linearity (INL) is 15 ppm maximum.

 

The ADS1251U/2K5 is designed for high-resolution measurement applications such as cardiac diagnostics, direct thermocouple interfaces, blood analysis, infrared pyrometers, liquid/gas chromatography, and precision process control.
