The ADS1243IPWRG4 is a precision, wide dynamic range, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Texas Instruments. It offers 24-bit resolution with no missing codes and an effective resolution of 21 bits at PGA gain of 1. The device includes an 8-channel multiplexer, a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with gains from 1 to 128, and a second-order delta-sigma modulator with a programmable FIR filter that provides simultaneous 50Hz and 60Hz rejection. The ADC operates from a 2.7V to 5.25V supply and consumes only 600 µW of power. The reference input is differential and can be used for ratiometric conversion. The serial interface is SPI compatible.
