The ADP5090ACPZ-1-R7 is a multi-chemistry battery charger IC designed for energy harvesting and low-power applications. It operates from an input voltage range of 0.08 V to 3.3 V, making it suitable for use with low-voltage energy sources such as solar cells or thermoelectric generators.
The IC features an ultralow quiescent current of 320 nA typical when the charge battery pin (CBP) is at or above the minimum operating voltage, and 260 nA when CBP is below the minimum operating voltage. This enables efficient charging even with very small input currents.
The device is housed in a 16-lead LFCSP package, suitable for compact designs. It supports multiple battery chemistries, providing flexibility for various energy storage needs.
