The ADP3120AJCPZ-RL is a single-phase, 12V MOSFET gate driver IC from ON Semiconductor, optimized for driving both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in synchronous buck converters. This device is capable of driving a 3000 pF load with a 45 ns propagation delay and a 25 ns transition time.
