The ADM809TART-REEL7 by AD is a microprocessor supervisor circuit featuring a low-level active push-pull output. It is designed to monitor power supply voltages in microprocessor systems, ensuring reliable operation during power-up, shutdown, and brown-out events. Upon power-up, an internal timer holds the reset signal for a minimum of 140 ms, allowing the microprocessor to stabilize.
This device operates with a low quiescent current of only 17 uA, making it suitable for low-power portable applications. The reset output remains functional even when the supply voltage (VCC) drops as low as 1V. The ADM809 series offers multiple reset threshold options and features a debounced reset output with immunity to fast transients on VCC.
The ADM809TART-REEL7 is available in both SOT-23 and SC-70 3-pin packages. Its applications include microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, smart instruments, and automotive systems.
