The ADM706TAR is part of the ADM706 series of microprocessor supervisory circuits from Analog Devices. It is designed to monitor 3V or 3.3V power supplies and generate a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. The reset output is active low and remains valid with VCC as low as 1V. This device features a precision supply voltage monitor with a threshold of 3.08V, a 200ms reset pulse width, and an independent watchdog timer with a 1.6-second timeout. A debounced manual reset input (MR) is also included. The ADM706TAR operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in an 8-SOIC surface-mount package. It is suitable for microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, and battery-operated portable instruments.
