The ADM6710KARJZ-REEL7 is a triple/quad voltage microprocessor supervisory circuit designed by Analog Devices. This device offers accurate monitoring of up to four power supply voltages, with factory-set threshold options including 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V. An adjustable input threshold voltage of 0.62 V with 1.5% accuracy is also available.
The circuit features a typical reset timeout of 200 ms and an open-drain RESET output with a 10 μA internal pull-up. It consumes low power, drawing only 35 μA. The device is specified for operation over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
Applications for the ADM6710KARJZ-REEL7 include telecommunications, microprocessor systems, desktop and notebook computers, data storage equipment, and servers/workstations. It is supplied in a compact 6-lead SOT-23 surface-mount package.
This supervisory circuit is designed to assert a single active low output, triggering a system reset if any monitored power supply voltage falls below its minimum voltage threshold. After all voltages rise above the selected threshold, the reset signal remains low for the typical 200 ms reset timeout period.
