The ADM232AAN is a high-speed RS-232 transceiver from the ADM222/ADM232A/ADM242 family by Analog Devices. It integrates two RS-232 drivers and two receivers, enabling full-duplex serial communication. The device is built on BiCMOS technology, combining low-power CMOS with high-speed bipolar circuitry.
