The Analog Devices ADM1186-2ARQZ-REEL is an integrated four-channel voltage monitoring and sequencing device. It requires a 2.7V to 5.5V power supply on the VCC pin.
This IC monitors four voltage rails using precision comparators with a worst-case accuracy of 0.8%. External resistor networks set the undervoltage trip points. The device supports up and down supply sequencing, controlled by UP and DOWN pins. It features four open-drain enable outputs (OUT1-OUT4) and an open-drain power-good output (PWRGD).
Capacitor programmable supply sequence time delays and a timeout delay are included, with accuracy up to 5% at 25°C. The ADM1186-2ARQZ-REEL is supplied in a 16-QSOP package and is designed for surface mount applications.
Applications include monitor and alarm functions, up and down power supply sequencing in telecommunication, data communication equipment, PCs, servers, and notebook PCs.
