The ADM1025ARQZ-R7 is a low-cost PC hardware monitor ASIC from onsemi, designed for monitoring system parameters in microprocessor-based systems. It provides measurement and limit comparison of various voltages and temperatures.
It operates from a 3.0V to 5.5V supply and communicates via an I2C-compatible SMBus interface. It features up to 8 measurement channels, including 5 voltage inputs for monitoring 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and processor core voltage, plus internal VCC monitoring. It includes an on-chip temperature sensor and a remote temperature-sensing diode input.
The device supports programmable INT and RST output pins, configurable offset for internal/external channels, and shutdown mode. It is ideal for network servers, personal computers, and microprocessor-based office equipment.
The ADM1025ARQZ-R7 is available in a 16-SSOP package (0.154", 3.90mm Width) with a supplier device package of 16-QSOP, surface mount mounting.
