The ADL5504ACBZ-P7 from Analog Devices is a TruPwr™ mean-responding (true rms) power detector designed for high-frequency receiver and transmitter signal chains. It operates across a wide RF bandwidth from 450 MHz to 6000 MHz.
This detector offers excellent temperature stability with ±0.25 dB rms detection accuracy. It provides over 35 dB of input power dynamic range and requires a single supply voltage between 2.5 V and 3.3 V, drawing a low current of 1.8 mA. The input impedance is 500 Ω.
The ADL5504ACBZ-P7 is suitable for power measurements of complex modulation waveforms such as W-CDMA, CDMA2000, and OFDM-based signals like LTE and WiMAX. It is available in a 6-WLCSP (0.91x1.39) surface mount package.
