The ADG842YKSZ-500RL7 is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally closed analog switch from Analog Devices. It offers ultralow on resistance of 0.28 Ω typical and 0.48 Ω maximum at 125°C, with on resistance flatness of 0.025 Ω typical. The switch operates from a single supply voltage range of 1.65 V to 3.6 V, making it suitable for low-voltage battery-powered systems. It supports rail-to-rail operation and has a typical power consumption of less than 0.01 µW.
