The ADG819BRTZ-REEL is a monolithic CMOS single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch from Analog Devices. It is designed on a submicron process for low power dissipation, high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. The switch operates from a single supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, making it ideal for battery-powered and portable instruments.
Key electrical specifications include a typical on-resistance of 0.5 Ω (0.8 Ω maximum at 125°C), on-resistance flatness of 0.25 Ω maximum, and a current carrying capability of 200 mA. Switching times are 45 ns maximum for turn-on and 16 ns maximum for turn-off. The device exhibits break-before-make switching action to prevent momentary shorting when switching channels. Charge injection is 20 pC, crosstalk is -72 dB at 100 kHz, and bandwidth is 17 MHz. Off-state leakage current is 250 pA.
The ADG819BRTZ-REEL is available in a 6-lead SOT-23 surface mount package. It supports rail-to-rail signal operation and is TTL/CMOS compatible. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. This switch is suitable for power routing, communication systems, data acquisition, and relay replacement applications.
