Key electrical characteristics include a low on-resistance of 15 Ohm typical (18 Ohm max at 25°C), fast switching times of 9ns turn-on and 3ns turn-off at 5V supply, and ultra-low power consumption of less than 0.01mW. The device operates from a single supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can handle analog signals from 0V to the supply rail. It is TTL/CMOS compatible and features low leakage currents of 0.25nA max.

 

The ADG751ARMZ is available in an 8-MSOP surface mount package (also compatible with 8-TSSOP).
