The ADG734BRUZ is a low voltage, CMOS quad SPDT (single pole, double throw) analog switch from Analog Devices. Designed for applications requiring efficient signal routing, this device operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for battery-powered and portable instruments.

Key electrical characteristics include a typical on-resistance of 2.5 Ohms and very low leakage currents of 100 pA. The device offers fast switching times of 19 ns and exhibits break-before-make switching action to prevent momentary shorting when switching channels.
