The ADG659YRUZ-REEL7 is a CMOS analog multiplexer designed for low voltage operation, switching one of four differential inputs to a common differential output. It features an SP4T switch configuration with two circuits, providing a 4:1 multiplexing function. The device offers a maximum on-resistance of 75 Ohms, with a typical value of 45 Ohms over the full signal range, and channel-to-channel matching of 1.3 Ohms. It operates from a single supply of 2 V to 12 V or dual supplies of ±2 V to ±6 V, making it suitable for a variety of signal routing applications.

Key electrical characteristics include low charge injection of 2 pC, typical leakage currents below 0.1 nA, and fast switching times of 115 ns (on) and 45 ns (off).
